As a Technology Instructor at our Lagos campus, you will deliver training across multiple IT domains based on student needs and program schedules. This is a versatile role covering a range of topics from basic computer literacy and office productivity to web development, networking, and emerging technologies. • 01Deliver instructor-led training across multiple IT subject areas
• 02Adapt curriculum to student skill levels and learning objectives
• 03Cover foundational topics: computer literacy, office tools, internet safety
• 04Teach introductory modules in web development, databases, or networking as needed
• 05Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• 06Collaborate with program managers to align training with institutional goals
• 07Maintain instructional facilities used for training and ensure the safety of students
• 08Research and recommend learning systems
• 09Conduct specific training for the trainee
• 10Give projects to students to test what has been learned
• 11Evaluate the effectiveness of each training session

• 01Minimum 2 years of experience in IT instruction or support
• 02Broad knowledge across multiple IT domains
• 03Strong classroom management and communication skills
• 04Adaptability and willingness to teach diverse topics
• 05Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 06BSc/HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or its equivalent
• 07Knowledge of front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/CSS, JavaScript)
• 08Graphics skills will be an added advantage (Photoshop or CorelDraw)
• 09Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 10Good organization and multi-tasking abilities
• 11Post NYSC experience in teaching will be an added advantage

• 01Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 02Industry certifications in any IT domain are a plus
• 03Prior teaching experience required
