As a PMP-Certified Project Management Instructor, you will teach students how to plan, execute, and deliver projects using both traditional and agile methodologies. The curriculum covers project lifecycle management, risk assessment, stakeholder communication, Scrum, Kanban, and tools like Jira, Trello, and Microsoft Project. Students prepare for industry certifications including PMP and CAPM. ITIL certification is an added advantage.

• 01Deliver training on project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
• 02Teach project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• 03Guide students through risk management and stakeholder communication
• 04Cover project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project)
• 05Prepare students for PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master certification exams
• 06Facilitate team-based project simulations and case studies
• 07Maintain instructional facilities used for training and ensure the safety of students
• 08Research and recommend learning systems
• 09Conduct specific training for the trainee
• 10Give projects to students to test what has been learned
• 11Evaluate the effectiveness of each training session

• 01Minimum 3 years of professional project management experience
• 02PMP certification required
• 03ITIL certification is an added advantage
• 04Experience leading cross-functional teams
• 05Strong knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies
• 06Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
• 07BSc/HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or its equivalent
• 08Knowledge of front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/CSS, JavaScript)
• 09Graphics skills will be an added advantage (Photoshop or CorelDraw)
• 10Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 11Good organization and multi-tasking abilities
• 12Post NYSC experience in teaching will be an added advantage

• 01Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 02PMP certification required
• 03ITIL certification is a strong plus
• 04Prior training or instructional experience preferred
