As a Certified ITIL Instructor, you will teach students IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices based on the ITIL framework, covering service strategy, design, transition, operation, and continual improvement. Students will learn how organizations plan, deliver, and support IT services effectively. PMP certification is an added advantage.

• 01Deliver training on the ITIL service lifecycle and ITSM best practices
• 02Teach service strategy, design, transition, operation, and continual improvement
• 03Guide students through incident, problem, and change management processes
• 04Cover the ITIL certification scheme (Foundation through higher levels)
• 05Prepare students for ITIL Foundation and practitioner-level exams
• 06Facilitate case studies simulating real IT service environments
• 07Maintain instructional facilities used for training and ensure the safety of students
• 08Research and recommend learning systems
• 09Conduct specific training for the trainee
• 10Give projects to students to test what has been learned
• 11Evaluate the effectiveness of each training session

• 01Minimum 3 years of experience in IT service management
• 02ITIL certification required
• 03PMP certification is an added advantage
• 04Strong understanding of ITSM tools and processes
• 05Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
• 06BSc/HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or its equivalent
• 07Knowledge of front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/CSS, JavaScript)
• 08Graphics skills will be an added advantage (Photoshop or CorelDraw)
• 09Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 10Good organization and multi-tasking abilities
• 11Post NYSC experience in teaching will be an added advantage

• 01Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
• 02ITIL certification required
• 03PMP certification is a strong plus
• 04Prior training or instructional experience preferred
