As an ISO Management Systems Instructor, you will train students on international quality and management system standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and ISO 45001. The curriculum covers the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle, internal auditing, risk-based thinking, and compliance documentation. Students prepare for ISO Lead Auditor and Internal Auditor certifications.

• 01Deliver training on ISO management system standards and implementation
• 02Teach internal audit planning, execution, and reporting
• 03Guide students through risk assessment and process improvement methodologies
• 04Cover documentation requirements for ISO certification
• 05Prepare students for Lead Auditor and Internal Auditor certification exams
• 06Facilitate case studies and mock audit exercises
• 07Maintain instructional facilities used for training and ensure the safety of students
• 08Research and recommend learning systems
• 09Conduct specific training for the trainee
• 10Give projects to students to test what has been learned
• 11Evaluate the effectiveness of each training session

• 01Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management or ISO implementation
• 02ISO Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification
• 03Experience implementing or maintaining ISO management systems
• 04Strong understanding of PDCA cycle and continual improvement
• 05Excellent documentation and presentation skills
• 06BSc/HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or its equivalent
• 07Knowledge of front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/CSS, JavaScript)
• 08Graphics skills will be an added advantage (Photoshop or CorelDraw)
• 09Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 10Good organization and multi-tasking abilities
• 11Post NYSC experience in teaching will be an added advantage

• 01Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 02ISO Lead Auditor certification required
• 03Prior training or consultancy experience preferred
