The AI Instructor role at New Horizons focuses on teaching foundational and applied artificial intelligence concepts. You will cover topics including supervised and unsupervised learning, neural network architectures, natural language processing, computer vision, and AI ethics. Students will learn to build, train, and deploy AI models using industry-standard tools and frameworks.

• 01Deliver comprehensive AI training covering theory and hands-on implementation
• 02Guide students through building and training machine learning models
• 03Teach AI ethics, bias detection, and responsible AI deployment
• 04Design real-world projects that demonstrate AI applications in industry
• 05Evaluate student understanding through practical assessments and presentations
• 06Collaborate with other instructors to integrate AI into cross-disciplinary curriculum
• 07Maintain instructional facilities used for training and ensure the safety of students
• 08Research and recommend learning systems
• 09Conduct specific training for the trainee
• 10Give projects to students to test what has been learned
• 11Evaluate the effectiveness of each training session

• 01Minimum 2 years of experience working with AI/ML technologies
• 02Strong understanding of neural networks, NLP, and computer vision
• 03Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn)
• 04Ability to explain complex concepts in accessible terms
• 05Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• 06BSc/HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or its equivalent
• 07Knowledge of front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/CSS, JavaScript)
• 08Graphics skills will be an added advantage (Photoshop or CorelDraw)
• 09Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 10Good organization and multi-tasking abilities
• 11Post NYSC experience in teaching will be an added advantage

• 01Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
• 02Published research or industry projects in AI are a plus
• 03Teaching or mentoring experience preferred
